This information will be used to contact participants, share ongoing and future events and also to evaluate our performance internally. 

This information may be shared with third parties to an extent required to run our services smoothly.

We may also share this information if required by legal or regulatory agencies to protect safety of all users.

Introduction: This document outlines the policies and expectations for teachers engaged with Dollar Education. By accepting a teaching position with Dollar Education, you agree to adhere to the policies outlined below.

1. Intellectual Property:

• All video recordings, lecture materials, and course notes created during the engagement with Dollar Education are the exclusive property of Dollar Education.

• Teachers agree not to share, distribute, or reproduce any materials without explicit consent from Dollar Education.

2. Compensation:

• Teachers will be compensated on an hourly basis for their lectures, as agreed upon in their individual contracts.

• Payment will be processed based on the actual hours spent delivering lectures.

3. Feedback and Assessment:

• Teachers are expected to provide regular feedback on student performance and engagement.

• Assessment materials, quizzes, and exams created by teachers should be submitted promptly and in accordance with the agreed schedule.

4. Course Material Improvement:

• Teachers are encouraged to actively participate in the improvement of course materials.

• Suggestions for updates, additional resources, or enhancements to the curriculum are welcomed and should be communicated to the curriculum development team.

5. Confidentiality:

• Teachers are expected to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, business strategies, or sensitive data shared by Dollar Education during the course of their engagement.

6. Code of Conduct:

• Teachers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor in all interactions with students, staff, and other teachers.

• Any instances of unprofessional conduct will be addressed through appropriate channels.

7. Schedule and Availability:

• Teachers are required to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule for lectures and other duties.

• Advance notice should be provided in case of any unavailability or scheduling conflicts.

8. Professional Development:

• Teachers are encouraged to engage in continuous professional development.

• Dollar Education may provide opportunities for training and workshops to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on industry trends.

9. Compliance with Policies:

• Teachers are expected to comply with all policies outlined in this document and any additional policies communicated by Dollar Education.

10. Termination of Engagement: - Dollar Education reserves the right to terminate the engagement of any teacher for failure to comply with the outlined policies or for any other reasons deemed necessary by Dollar Education.

Acknowledgment: By accepting a teaching position with Dollar Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the policies outlined in this document.

This document is subject to periodic review, and any updates will be communicated to all teachers in a timely manner.

All intellectual property rights in the courses, classes, demos, course materials will remain the property of the Dollar Education.

All our classes are online and sessions will be recorded.

Dollar Education also reserves the right to stream/upload contents through various platforms of any or all of its events.

Any technical glitch will be resolved with the urgency.
