Dr. Krishnan has rich research bioinformatics expertise including planning the experimental strategies along with researchers from multidisciplinary backgrounds, optimizing workflows, and performing genomic (ATAC-seq) and transcriptomic data (bulk RNAseq and quant-seq) analysis and integration. She will discuss DNA methylation analysis and integration with gene expression and protein binding.
